Jakob Liedholm was one of KFT's artists to watch in 2013, and with good reason. No one had a better Summer 2012 in EDM in my opinion than the 16 year old (yeah that ain't a typo) Swede (ok well no surprise there). The young phenom took it easy in the Fall, working on more collaborative productions and improving on his already extremely impressive talents. But he's back better than ever in 2013. Here, we have a 2 track EP titled, "Eli," which is also the name of the first track. It's an original mix with a unique blend of progressive house with some hints of rock behind it. A mixture rarely experimented with in EDM today, thus I'm impressed not only with the result, but the variety. In the next track, Liedholm pulls out all the stunts, with vocals from Tegan and Sarah, leading up to a infectious melodic drop with yet again an incredibly unique and creative tone.
